Harford County Government will open at 10am on Friday, March 6, 2015. Critical employees must report in accordance with the policies established within their departments.
Alert Information HARFORD WASTE DISPOSAL CENTER TO OPEN FRIDAY AT 10AM: 
The Harford Waste Disposal Center at Scarboro will open at 10am on Friday, March 6, 2015.  It will close at 3pm as normal.  Customers should contact their trash service provider with any questions related to curbside collection.

County Executive Barry Glassman Signs Rain Tax Repeal Passed Unanimously By County Council
The legislation proposed by Mr. Glassman within his first 10 days in office was passed unanimously by the County Council on January 20, 2015. Representing the council at the signing were (front row) Council President Richard C. Slutzky, (back row left to right) Councilman Patrick S. Vincenti (Dist. E), Councilman Curtis L. Beulah (Dist. F), Councilman James “Capt’n Jim” McMahan (Dist. C). Not pictured: Councilman Mike Perrone Jr. (Dist. A), Councilman Joe Woods (Dist. B) and Councilman Chad Shrodes (Dist. D)
