You can use this web-form to submit your issue 24 hours a day. A member of Harford County's Citizen Affairs staff will review your submission during regular business hours and direct the issue to the appropriate department. If a submission deals with an issue that does not fall under the purview of County Government, an effort will be made to direct you to the appropriate agency. All submissions will receive feedback from a representative of County Government.
To report an issue using the web-form:
Click on the 'Report an Issue' tab.
Enter in the address or drag the red marker.
Click 'Next'.
Choose your category and enter in issue details.
Click 'Submit'.
